I was in Luxembourg a while in the past and I couldn’t sleep. I went to the lobby and began studying an in-home journal. There was a suggestion. If your thoughts is busy and you can’t go to sleep take a warm cup of milk with one table spoon of honey. Stir the honey and drink the sweetened milk. I did. In five minutes I fell asleep.
